In 2010 I decided to take a creative sabbatical. As a tireless man of action I made use of the time for voluntary service in the South-African Amakhala Reserve lasting several months. At this game reserve, endangered wild animals like rhinos, elephants and giraffes are bred and preserved, with the aim of restoring the ecological balance of the region. Paterson is a small town that serves as the starting point for the rangers’ daily reconnaissance tours.
The vastness and seclusion of the wild was the ideal place for me to open up to new ideas. The name Paterson-Entertainment is a reminder of this time in which the concept for an agency matured. The company logo depicts an elephant, whose characteristics correspond to those of the agency: steadiness, dependability and honesty.
